Excessive pressure can damage the syringe head and accessories. Do not apply brute force when pressing the lever, excessive pressure at the lubrication point can destroy the grease nipple and possibly the bearing or therefore the machine. Do not use lever extensions or other accessories. Use only original accessories.

To remove any air plugs from the pump, work the syringe lever. Unscrew the NO2120 syringe cap one turn to bleed air. After bleeding the air, push the lever down several times until grease comes out of the nozzle.
