The NORDBERG NG506W wall-mounted nitrogen generator is a compact design operating on the principle of short-cycle heatless adsorption. The product provides 95-99% purity of the substance.

Convenient control panel and the presence of necessary sensors simplifies the control over the state of the product. The possibility to hang on the wall allows operation even in a small area of the room.

How do nitrogen generators work?

• NORDBERG nitrogen generators produce nitrogen by separating the compressed air coming through membrane filters that are able to separate oxygen molecules from nitrogen. The output of the generator is 95% pure nitrogen.

Scheme of operation

• The incoming compressed air passes through several sections of filters that eliminate any possible particulate matter and oil particles down to 0.01 microns, to achieve a good level of purity.
• The air then passes through an activated carbon filter to eliminate any traces of vapor from nitrogen.
• Further separation takes place through the filter membrane to maximize the purity of the nitrogen.
