Induction heater, 1000 W NORDBERG HIF2

It is used where metal parts need to be heated without using open flames or other unsafe heating sources. The part to be heated is placed inside the nozzle, thus being exposed to the induction field.

Advantages

• The NORDBERG HIF2 flameless induction heater has a high efficiency despite its relatively small size.
• Thanks to flexible inductors (nozzles), it is convenient to heat a part of the workpiece without affecting nearby surfaces, which can melt or damage, unlike working with a gas burner with an open flame. Also, a gas torch cannot heat the part evenly from all sides, you will need to constantly change the position of the heating point.
• Replaceable inductors (nozzles) do not generate heat and do not get hot. The spiral is insulated with heat resistant material (silica cord).

Purpose
