Advantages

• The MB600 features Direct Matching to visualize the best alignment to reduce eccentricity and Tire Set software that indicates the best wheel position on the vehicle to provide the best ride (taper) and minimize wheel vibration (eccentricity).
• OPB One Plane Balancing automatically indicates the exact point within the rim where the wheel can be balanced, minimizing static and dynamic imbalance using only one counterweight. The auto-adaptive mode detects the weight and dimensions of the wheel and calculates a tolerance value that eliminates any vibration perceived at the steering wheel, providing the highest driving comfort.
• The balancing machine is equipped with an automatic feed system: automatic stopping of the wheel near the points where corrective weights are applied and an electric brake to lock the wheel in position.
• Available with manual or pneumatic locking (MB600P).

One Plane Balancing

• One Plane Balancing eliminates static and dynamic imbalance with a single correction weight, indicating its exact mounting position on the inside of the disk.

Automatic Drive System

• Automatically stops the wheel near the point of corrective weight application and an electric brake to lock the wheel in position.

AutoAdaptive Mode

• Innovative wheel unbalance tolerance calculation mode, which is based on an estimate of the residual unbalance limit corresponding to the acceptable perceived vibration for maximum driving comfort.
