These heavy duty CV Boot Clamp Pliers can be used by hand or with the assistance of a 1/2″ flexible handle bar or torque wrench. Installs Oetiker-type clamps used on many CV joint boots. Also suitable for installation of certain clamps on fuel filters, water pumps and other cooling system hoses.
